Details for "Michigan ASJA Conference"

Saginaw Valley State University will host a Student Conduct conference for higher education professionals (student affairs, residential life, student life, dean of students offices) for Michigan and surrounding states to share fellowship and knowledge in a casual, one-day meeting.  There will also be opportunity for social time before the conference.  If you have an interest in topics related to student behavioral issues in higher education, please attend this event.
 
  • There is NO registration fee for the conference.  Please register so a correct count of participants may be kept.
  • Registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on the day of the conference.
  • Lodging is not provided on campus nor included in the conference.  Participants are welcomed to stay locally.  A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Four Points, Reservations (989) 790-5050 or (800) 428-1470.  A limited number of rooms are available and reservation deadline is September 17, 2008.
  • Other local hotels may offer corporate rates for SVSU conference attendees upon request.
  • Optional: Arrangements will be made for individuals who wish to play golf on Thursday, October 16, 2008.  The cost will be the responsibility of the participant.  Please RSVP to Marie Rabideau if planning on golfing by October 8, 2008. 
  • A dinner will be planned for 7pm, Thursday, October 16, 2008.  The cost of the dinner will be the responsibility of the participant.  We will meet in the lobby of the Sheraton Four Points. 
  • If you require any special dietary needs or need specific accommodations, please indicate in the comment box on the bottom of the registration form.
