Mahoney v. Allegheny College (2005)

This medical malpractice negligence and breach of contract case arises from a tragic incident in which a student in his junior year at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA took his own life on February 11, 2002 by hanging himself at his off-campus fraternity house.

Donald D. Gehring Campus Judicial Affairs Training Institute

On behalf of ASJA and the Institute faculty, you are invited to participate in the 14th Annual Donald D. Gehring Campus Judicial Affairs Training Institute to be held at the University of Utah from June 28-July 2, 2006.  Located in valid. Salt Lake City, the University of Utah is set against the beautiful Wasatch Mountains.

The Institute consists of a five-day intensive and highly interactive curriculum.  Each program segment combines theory with practical application, supplemented by informal reflection time with colleagues and faculty mentors, as well as some much needed free time.
